By creating an account you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside the subscription terms and the privacy notice.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2 August 2026

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate information during the assessment and keep it up to date. The service is for your own use only.

2. Nature of the service

Qurence Vitality is a personalised nutritional-support and supplement-organisation service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified healthcare professional.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Answer the assessment honestly and completely.
  • Tell us promptly when your medicines, medical circumstances or pregnancy-related status change.
  • Read product labels, warnings and instructions before use.
  • Consult a healthcare professional where we advise you to do so.
  • Do not exceed the stated recommended intake.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account.

4. Plans and availability

A plan may contain no products, one product or several products. We may decline to produce a plan where the automated service is unsuitable. Products are subject to availability, and a plan may change where a product becomes unavailable or a safety rule is updated.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We will confirm your order before charging you and will tell you in advance of any change that affects your subscription price.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's information, interfere with safety rules, reverse-engineer our systems or use the service to obtain advice for someone else without their knowledge.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where continued use presents a safety risk, or where we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to lawful retention obligations.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide, from failure to follow product instructions, or from decisions taken against professional advice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in advance, and previous versions are retained and available on request.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
