Every product in the catalogue carries a complete, versioned record. If a required detail is missing, the product cannot be proposed in a plan.
Transparency
What we publish for every product
Unapproved medicinal claims are never shown, and a product is never described as treating or preventing disease.

- Active ingredients and amount per unit
- Recommended use and supplement occasion
- Allergen declarations
- Dietary suitability, including vegan and vegetarian status
- Capsule, tablet or powder form
- Country of manufacture
- Supplier or manufacturer information, where appropriate
- Lot traceability explanation
- Storage instructions
- Warnings and precautions
- Approved health claims only
- Evidence and regulatory references
- Why the product may be included in a plan
- Who may need professional advice before taking it
- Whether the product is currently available
Sourcing, inventory and substitution
Availability drives the plan
Only products that are approved, in stock and within their lead time can be selected. An unavailable product is never quietly replaced with something less suitable.
Controlled substitution
Substitutions are permitted only within approved formulation rules, and the change is recorded against your plan version with the reason.
Lot traceability
Each dispatch records the lot supplied, so a product concern or recall can be traced precisely to the affected deliveries.
