Regulatory status
We publish this page so there is no ambiguity about what our service is, and what it is not.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2 August 2026
What we supply
Food supplements intended for the general adult population, supplied in the United Kingdom and labelled in accordance with UK food law. Supplements are foods, not medicines.
What our service is
A personalised nutritional-support and supplement-organisation service. It assesses eligibility, applies approved safety rules, organises products and explains them. It supports general nutrition and wellbeing.
What our service is not
- It is not a medicine or a medicinal product.
- It is not a medical device, and it is not a software medical device.
- It is not a diagnostic, screening or triage service.
- It does not treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- It does not replace advice from your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified healthcare professional.
Claims
Only authorised nutrition and health claims are used in customer-facing areas. Prohibited and unapproved medicinal claims are recorded and blocked at the point content is approved, so they cannot reach a product page or a plan explanation.
If this ever changes
Any future medical-device or clinical pathway would be a separately governed service, activated only after all relevant regulatory approvals are held. It would be clearly identified as such and would never be enabled silently within the consumer platform.
Governance
Safety rules, nutrient limits, interaction rules and approved claims are versioned, carry an effective date and a review date, and are published only after approval by a named professional. Historic versions are retained so any past recommendation can be reconstructed.
