If you feel unwell, stop taking the product first. In an emergency call 999. For urgent advice call NHS 111 or speak to your pharmacist.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2 August 2026

What to report

  • Any suspected side effect or reaction, however minor.
  • A product that tastes, smells or looks wrong.
  • Damaged, leaking, unsealed or incorrectly labelled packaging.
  • An item you did not expect to receive, or a missing item.
  • A concern about an instruction or quantity in your plan.

How to report

Email safety@qurencevitality.co.uk, or use the reporting form in your account. Signed-in reports are automatically linked to your plan version, order and the lot supplied.

What to include

  • Product name and the lot number printed on the pack.
  • What you experienced and when it started.
  • How much you had taken and for how long.
  • Any medicines or other supplements you were taking.
  • Whether you have sought medical advice.

What happens next

Every report is logged immutably and triaged the same working day. A qualified reviewer assesses whether your plan should be suspended or changed, we trace the affected lot, and we contact other customers if the investigation indicates a wider issue.

Reporting to the authorities

We report to the relevant UK authority where we are required to do so. You can also report a suspected reaction independently, and you do not need our permission to do so.
