Safety

Safety screening happens before personalisation, not after it. A recommendation that fails any check is removed, and the reason is recorded against your plan.

Screening

What we check before proposing anything

Eligibility

The service is for adults in the United Kingdom. Some circumstances mean the automated service is not suitable, and we will tell you clearly instead of producing a plan.

Allergies and ingredient restrictions

Declared allergens and restricted ingredients exclude products outright. Exclusion always takes priority over a goal.

Medicines

Prescription and non-prescription medicines are screened against approved interaction rules. Relevant plans are referred for professional review.

Medical circumstances

Diagnosed conditions can restrict or exclude nutrients. We do not attempt to manage a condition — we avoid unsuitable recommendations.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and pregnancy planning apply their own rule sets, including nutrients that must be excluded.

Total exposure and upper limits

Exposure is summed across fortified foods, supplements you already take and every proposed item, then capped by approved quantity limits.

If you feel unwell

Stop taking the product and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency call 999. For urgent but non-emergency advice call NHS 111.

Report a side effect or product concern

Tell us as soon as you can. Reports are logged, investigated and, where required, escalated to the appropriate authority.

Report a concern

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake. Keep out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medicines or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.
