Accessibility statement
We want every eligible adult to be able to complete an assessment and understand their plan independently.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2 August 2026
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the public website, the customer application and the administration portal.
Measures we take
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and screen-reader labels.
- Accessible error messages tied to the field they describe.
- Status never communicated by colour alone.
- Reduced-motion support that honours your system preference.
- Minimum 16px body text on mobile and support for text resizing.
- Comfortable touch-target sizes and accessible dialogs and tables.
Known limitations
Some complex data grids in the administration portal remain difficult to use with a screen reader in table-navigation mode. We are addressing these as part of ongoing work.
Reporting a barrier
Email accessibility@qurencevitality.co.uk with the page and what you were trying to do. We aim to respond within five working days and will offer an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.
